KW Commercial reports the following sale, closed Tuesday, June 25:

Kingfisher Partners LLC purchased the 7,219-square-foot industrial property at 1450 Grove Street for $1.45 million from Burgundy & Gold LLC. Rachel Colorosa and Sheri Meranda of KW Commercial represented the buyer and seller.

KW Commercial reports the following sale, closed Monday, July 1:

KWC Highlands Ranch LLC purchased the 74,778-square-foot office park at 200 & 300 Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch for $14.35 million from Colorado Corporate Partners LLC.  Rachel Colorosa of KW Commercial represented the buyer.
