The Wild Pointe Marketplace, located on Hwy 83 in Elizabeth, will soon welcome several new businesses to the Elizabeth area after the recent sale of Lot 14-A for $713,310 in January. The buyer, FS Capital, was represented by Patrick McGlinchey of Trevey Land and Commercial and the seller, RLF Wild Pointe Properties, was represented by Mitch Trevey.
FS Capital will construct a multi-tenant retail building (the first built in Elizabeth since 2009) anchored by national brand, Anytime Fitness. The center will have 3,000 SF for lease, including an endcap with a 2,000 SF patio. Anytime fitness prides itself on its ability to remain affordable without compromising on 24-hour accessibility, personalized fitness plans, trainers, quality equipment, and other amenities that have come to be expected from national chains. The tenants within the center will further benefit from Wild Pointe Marketplace’s current users which include Walmart, Auto Zone, Murphy Express, and Taco Bell.
