Denver:
- 3,552 square foot office space at 1660 South Albion Street, #600. Lease term is four years at a starting annual lease rate of $22/SF.
Castle Rock:
- 876 square foot mainstreet retail space at 3750 Dacoro Lane, #140. Lease term is three years with a two one-year renewal options at a starting annual lease rate of $39.50/SF.
Littleton:
- 1,995 square foot office space at 191 East Orchard Road, #205. Lease term is three years at a starting annual lease rate of $18.50/SF.
Aurora:
- 9,173 total square feet of office space leased between three different suites at 14707 East 2nd Avenue (#100, #340, and #350). All three suites were included in one lease. Lease term is five years at a starting annual lease rate of $20.00/SF.
Westminster:
- 1,953 square foot medical office/retail space at 12201 Pecos Street, #400. Lease term is four years, with one 24-month auto-renewal, at a starting annual lease rate of $27.60/SF.
