Colliers International facilitates 10,145 SF lease at The Quadrant Building in Greenwood Village, CO
March 5, 2019 – Jonathan Jones, Senior Vice President of Colliers International, represented CM Select Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Church Mutual Insurance Company, in the lease of 10,145 square feet at The Quadrant Building at 5445 DTC Parkway, Greenwood Village, Colorado.
The tenant requirement behind the expansion was the ability to accommodate CM Select’s anticipated hiring growth. The Quadrant is conveniently located in the Denver-metro market, with proximity to the Orchard RTD light rail station, the I-25 corridor, and E-470 Loop.
