DENVER, CO – January 15, 2019 – Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces the sale of Harvest Junction, a 367,918-square-foot, fully leased shopping center in the Denver-area community of Longmont, Colorado.
The HFF team marketed the asset exclusively on behalf of the seller, RPT Realty. A partnership between Walton Street Capital, L.L.C. and Alberta Development Partners purchased the asset.
Situated on a combined 46.15 acres at 205 and 210 Ken Pratt Boulevard, Harvest Junction is located along the dominant east-west corridor that connects Longmont, a community equidistant from Denver and Fort Collins in Boulder County, to Interstate 25. The property, which is the dominant center in Longmont, is also bisected by Ken Pratt Boulevard, separating the property into the north and south sections. Completed in 2006, Harvest Junction is home to major tenants Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels, Staples, Petco, DSW and Dollar Tree.
