After recently completing the sale of the land at 19920 Hilltop Road, Trevey Land and Commercial is excited to announce the opening of a Kids ‘R’ Kids Daycare Center franchise in Parker. Mitch Trevey represented the seller, Pine Hills Center LLC, and Patrick McGlinchey represented the buyer, Edukids Investments. The 1.7 acre plot of land sold for $850,000.
