Denver – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed on the sale of 1339 South Grant Street, a 3,096 SF multifamily property for the sale price of $1,030,000. Niklas MacCarter & Brandon Kaufman of Nexus represented both the Buyer and the Seller in the transaction.

1339 South Grant Street is a four-unit building containing two one-bedroom and two two-bedroom units. The units are individual-style walk ups, and individually metered for gas & electric. The property includes a fenced-in greenspace and a covered garage. 

The property is located near the intersection of South Grant Street & East Louisiana Avenue in Platte Park, considered one of Denver’s premier neighborhoods boasting an abundance of great shopping, eateries and bars.

The buyer intends to fix-up the building and perform renovations on the four units to achieve market rate rents. The seller plans on cashing-out of the multifamily asset and pursuing alternative investments.
