Colorado Springs – Nexus Commercial Realty, LLC, has closed the sale of The Townhouse Apartments., a 88,100 SF, 54-Unit property, for the sale price of $8,700,000. Patrick Knowlton of Nexus represented both the Seller & the Buyer.

Located at 3125 E. Fountain Blvd & 1215 Shasta Drive, this 1965 townhome style property boasts a great unit mix of spacious 2 & 3 bedroom units. Each unit includes private yards and some even include 2nd floor balconies. The property has plenty of parking for tenants and comes with several exterior renovations. 

The Townhouse Apartments are conveniently located at the corner of E. Fountain Blvd and Shasta Drive. The property is also close to Highway 24 and offers easy access to both N Academy Blvd and Interstate 25.

The buyer plans to renovate the property and complete the unfinished basements to potentially add an additional unit to each Townhome. The selling partnership group plans to branch off and pursue other investments in different markets/investment segements.
