CommCap Advisors is pleased to announce the promotion of Sebastian Torres. He will transition from Commercial Real Estate Analyst to an Associate in partnership with Kyle Nagy. Sebastian joined CommCap in 2016 and is an integral member of the firm. “Sebastian’s progress has exceeded our expectations and he is well deserving of this promotion,” said Kyle Nagy, Director.
Sebastian earned his B.S.B.A in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is currently working towards completing his M.B.A.
Justin Perez
CommCap Advisors welcomes Justin Perez as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst. Justin graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a B.S.B.A in Finance. Prior to joining CommCap Advisors, Justin served with distinction in the United States Air Force obtaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. Justin’s duties will include underwriting, closing, and servicing commercial loans
