Danielle Steffen and Amy Ogden of Cushman & Wakefield brokered a $15.99 million sale for Colony Industrial of Dallas, Texas. The 204,740-sf portfolio contains two Class A properties: the 49,356-sf distribution building at 1055 Trade Drive, built in 2008, and the 155,384-sf facility at 1220 Trade Drive, constructed in 1993. Both of the buildings are fully leased. The seller was locally-based property management company Winner Properties.
