The Las Vegas JLL Industrial team is pleased to announce that it represented MCA Realty on the acquisition of the Arville Commerce Centre for $8,280,000. The Arville Commerce Centre is a five building, multi-tenant industrial park totaling 88,067 square feet on a five acre parcel. This was an off-market transaction where JLL represented the buyer.
The Arville Commerce Centre is located at 4610-4650 Arville Street in the southwest submarket with close proximity to the LV Strip. It consists of 22 units and is currently 100% occupied. MCA will complete a minor project renovation which will include new painted buildings, upgraded landscaping, new roofs, and some new mechanical systems.
