Realtors Eric McCarty and Lar Voss of Western Land and Water and Libby Kirshner of Kirshner Company LLC recently closed two Land Sales to Platte Land & Water LLC in the Johnstown area. The $13.1M sale consisted of 495 annexed acres and included minerals and water. The $4.3M sale of 144 annexed acres included minerals.
