All American Convention Services has completed a 75,454 SF Lease Renewal with the assistance of The Larkin Industrial Group of NAI Vegas. The $4,096,000 total transaction increased value for Panattoni Properties, who sold the building to Link Industrial a few months after the deal. AACS, a premier trade show and exhibit company, worked alongside NAI to ensure the right move.
