CommCap Advisors secured a $1,450,000 loan for the refinance of a 3,725 square foot multi-tenant retail property in North Las Vegas. The property was 100% occupied to strong national tenants and exhibits strong location characteristics and visibility. Challenges included loan amount per square foot and the request for long term debt, co-terminus with the loan’s amortization. After identifying competitive lending options, CommCap ultimately sourced a 25/25 Life Company loan at one of the lowest interest rates available in the market.
