Avison Young announces $13.5 million sale of 18.93 acres in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV – Avison Young announced today the $13.6 million sale of an 18.93-acre land parcel located on Whitney Mesa Drive near Sunset Boulevard and Mountain Vista Street in Henderson, NV. The sale was a land assemblage totaling three parcels.

Avison Young Principals Chris Lexis, Joe Leavitt and Scott Donaghe who are out of the firm’s Las Vegas office represented the sellers, Roseman University of Health Sciences and City of Henderson. The team also sourced the buyer, Alton Industries.

Chicago-based Alton Industries is a leading global manufacturer in air compressors, wet/dry vacuums, industrial fans/air movers along with multiple other sectors. The company plans on building an approximately 200,000-square-foot facility for use as its West Coast headquarters.
