Cheyenne, Las Vegas, Nevada. The Sauter Multifamily Group was pleased to have exclusively represented the seller, 3D Investments, LLC in the sale of the property to Epic Investment Services. The property sold for $22,000,000 ($125,000 per door) on March 12, 2020. Las Brisas De Cheyenne is the latest multifamily transaction closed by the Sauter Multifamily Group.
