Veneto Sorrento GP LLC bought Casa Sorrento, a 236 unit multi-family complex located on approximately 11.40 acres located at 3580 E Alexander Rd, in Las Vegas. The transaction was valued at $13,7500,000, or $58,262/unit. Tom Naseef, CCIM, SIOR, Jeff Naseef and Garry Cuff, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller, Gung Ho – Reliant Casa Sorrento LLC.
