CATHY JONES NAMED IN SIOR’S TOP OFFICE INVESTMENT AND OFFICE SALE TRANSACTIONS OF 2018
Jones Honored for Multiple Office Transactions in Las Vegas, Nevada
Las Vegas, Nevada – March 20, 2019 – Cathy Jones, SIOR, was recently honored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), which represents the world’s elite in industrial and office brokerage, for its annual Top Transaction List of 2018 in the categories of Top 50 Office Transaction, Top 10 Office Investment Transactions and Top 10 Office Sale Transactions. Jones was listed in the Top 10 Office Investment Transactions for the following deals: 177,007-SF office closed at $33,250,000; 104,795-SF office closed at $33,000,000; and 93,650-SF office closed at $30,750,000. Jones was also listed in the Top 10 Office Sale Transactions for a 177,007-SF office space that closed at $33,250,000. Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Investment Services Group was listed on the deals along with Jones.
Cathy Jones will be recognized at SIOR’s 2019 Spring World Conference in Washington, D.C., which takes place April 10-13, 2019.
