CBRE Las Vegas announces today the sale of 53,690 square feet of office and retail space at Fort Apache Commons located at 1215 and 1225 S. Fort Apache Road, Las Vegas, NV 89117. Charles Moore, CSM, Marlene Fujita Winkel, CCIM and M. Laura Hart of CBRE represented the seller, FAC Parks, LLC, in the $18,400,000 transaction. The buyer, who wished to remain anonymous, was represented by Sheila Colfer and Fred Miller of Dickson Commercial Group based in Reno, Nevada.
According to Moore, Fort Apache Commons is one of the finest mixed office and retail assets in the Summerlin community. The property has always enjoyed high occupancy levels thanks, in part, to the prime location, high-end features and elegant construction details. At the close of escrow, Fort Apache Commons was 100% leased.
