CBRE Brokers Sale of $10.1 Million Vacant Office Building

CBRE announces today the sale of a vacant office building located at 8360 S. Durango Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89113. Charles Moore, CSM, and Marlene Fujita-Winkel, CCIM, of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, Beal Bank USA, in the $10,100,000 transaction encompassing 74,140 square feet. The buyer, WG Acquistions, LLC, did not have representation.

According to Winkel, there was a great deal of interest in the property before it traded, as a vacant office building in the fast-growing southwest submarket is a rare find. The property is situated on S. Durango between Windmill Lane and Wigwam Avenue.
