CBRE announces today the sale of 11500 Southern Highlands Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89144. Charles Moore, CSM, and Marlene Fujita-Winkel, CCIM, of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, AZFD Fairfield, LLC, in the $13,500,000 transaction encompassing 41,249 square feet. The Tokyo-based buyer, ASO Nevada, LLC, did not have representation.
According to Winkel, Southern Highlands Preparatory School is the single tenant. This sale marks the second time in the last three years that Winkel and the CBRE team traded the property.
