CBRE announces today the sale of nine buildings at the Cheyenne Corporate Center located at 7610 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89128. Charles Moore, CSM, Marlene Fujita-Winkel, CCIM, of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, 333 MSA Fremont II, LLC, in the $38,000,000 transaction encompassing 321,041 square feet. The buyer, Hertz Acquisitions Group, LLC, did not have representation.
The Cheyenne Corporate Center is situated on Cheyenne Avenue between Buffalo Drive and Cimarron Road, just two blocks from U.S. Highway 95 and one block from Mountain View Hospital. According to Winkel, the campus includes office, medical office, and retail.
