CBRE announced that Jake Higgins has been promoted to Vice President with CBRE Advisory and Transaction Services. Based in Las Vegas, Mr. Higgins specializes in representing industrial property owners, landlords and occupiers in the lease and disposition of industrial real estate in the Greater Las Vegas area.

Mr. Higgins started in commercial real estate in 2015. His team has consistently been one of the top producing industrial groups in the Las Vegas market. For the past four years, their team has been named the Industrial Specialist Top Producers by the SIOR Southern Nevada chapter. In 2020 the team closed more than 92 transactions, totaling over $850 million. Additionally, in 2020 the team was awarded Most Cooperative Transactions for Industrial Specialists by the SIOR Southern Nevada chapter.
Mr. Higgins has been heavily involved in NAIOP. He is currently the co-chair for the NAIOP Southern Nevada Bus Tour Committee and was a NAIOP Developing Leaders Institute member. He is also an associate member of SIOR Southern Nevada Chapter.
Mr. Higgins graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with Financial Applications.
