CBRE announced that Cassie Catania-Hsu, managing director of CBRE’s Las Vegas office, has been accepted into the NAIOP Research Foundation Visionaries program. The Visionaries program is designed to provide mentoring, high-level relationship building and research-related experiences to industry leaders.
Ms. Catania-Hsu will participate in a three-year program that will allow her to learn from and network with senior professionals and governors. She will be formally inducted at NAIOP’s 2021 National Forums Symposium, May 19 to May 21.
Program participants are selected based on professional competency, level of responsibility, career goals and community involvement. Eligibility is limited to individuals who are 40 years old or younger, and have at least seven years of commercial real estate experience.
In her role at CBRE, Ms. Catania-Hsu oversees all CBRE Advisory lines of business for the region, including leasing, capital markets, property management and valuation. She has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate and has received numerous accolades. In 2018, she was recognized by NAIOP as both a National Developing Leader of the Year and a Southern Nevada Developing Leader of the Year. In 2018 and 2019 she was named a finalist for the National Association of Women Business Owners’ (NAWBO) Women of Distinction “Rising Star” Award. In 2010 In Business Magazine named her a Las Vegas “Top 40 Under 40” honoree.
