CBRE’s Jake Higgins and Travis Landes in Las Vegas Achieve SIOR Designation from Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®

Las Vegas – January 31, 2023 – CBRE is pleased to announce that Jake Higgins and Travis Landes with CBRE’s Las Vegas office recently achieved the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation, a professional achievement for commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage, fee-based services, or executive management.

Mr. Higgins, a Senior Vice President, joined CBRE in 2015 and has eight years of commercial real estate experience. He specializes in all facets of industrial real estate throughout Southern Nevada, including tenant and landlord representation and investment, land and occupier sales.

Mr. Landes, a Vice President, joined CBRE in early 2022 and focuses on leasing and sales for investors and owners of office real estate in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has over eight years of industry experience, with broad expertise in site selection, lease negotiations, buyer and seller representation, acquisitions and dispositions.

SIOR is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With 3,600 members, SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. To achieve the SIOR designation, Mr. Higgins and Mr. Landes completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial or office real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.
