Jeremy Green with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services in Las Vegas recently achieved the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. The SIOR designation is a professional achievement for commercial real estate practitioners with a strong transactional history in brokerage, fee-based services, or executive management.

To achieve the SIOR designation, Mr. Green had to meet specific professional endorsements, demonstrate tenure in the business, complete educational requirements and show time-tested transaction volume.Mr. Green is now an active member of SIOR internationally and of the Las Vegas chapter.

Mr. Green has been an active broker with CBRE for 20 years with a combined value exceeding $1 billion in consideration for lease/sale transactions. As an expert focused on industrial and logistics, he has guided site selection options, consulted on development planning and investment underwriting, arranged numerous design-build facilities for clients, handled land acquisitions and dispositions, and marketed speculative buildings from the ground up through investment sale.
Mr. Green is also a member of NAIOP, and is involved in CBRE’s Data Center Solutions group.
