CBRE’s Las Vegas Office and Professionals Honored at the 24th Annual NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards

CBRE announced the firm was honored with five awards at the 24th annual NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards, which honors projects, companies and individuals for their contributions to the local commercial real estate industry and community.

 

The NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards are judged by active board members and committee members and scored based on several factors, including overall transaction volume, industry involvement, community involvement and contribution to NAIOP.

 

CBRE’s Las Vegas office and professionals were honored in the following categories:

 

  • Brokerage Firm of the Year: CBRE
  • Property Management Firm of the Year: CBRE
  • Broker of the Year – Industrial: Kevin Higgins, SIOR, Executive Vice President; Garrett Toft, SIOR, Executive Vice President; Sean Zaher, Vice President; Jake Higgins, Vice President; and Michael McCoy, Associate
  • Associate Member of the Year: Cassie Catania-Hsu, Managing Director
  • Special Recognition – 2020 Virtual Bus Tour: Jake Higgins, Vice President, and Sean Zaher, Vice President

 

CBRE was also involved with the lease transaction and project management of Wilson Elser’s Las Vegas office, which received the Honor Award in the Office Tenant Improvement (under 20,000 square feet) project category.

 

Additionally, CBRE’s Brad Peterson, Randy Broadhead, Darren Lemmon and Amy Lance were finalists in the Broker of the Year – Office category, and Jake Higgins and Sean Zaher were finalists in the Developing Leader of the Year category.

 

“We are honored and humbled to be recognized by NAIOP Southern Nevada for many achievements as we pride ourselves on serving the local industry and community,” said Ms. Catania-Hsu. “This recognition shows that our professionals came out stronger than ever after enduring a tough, challenging year.”

 

CBRE supports NAIOP Southern Nevada in various ways, including membership, committee involvement and Board of Directors participation.
