Colliers Brokers Record 1M-Square-Foot Lease

North Vegas Logistics Center Welcomes HEYDUDEÔ Shoes

Las Vegas, NV-  April 5, 2023 – Colliers has achieved a historic milestone in Las Vegas by brokering the city’s first-ever one-million-square-foot lease, securing a single building user located within NorthPoint Development’s first project in Southern Nevada, North Vegas Logistics Center. North Vegas Logistics Center totals ±2,051,156 square feet and is represented by Dan Doherty, SIOR, Vice Chairman, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Executive Vice President, Chris Lane, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President, and Jerry Doty, SIOR, Senior Vice President of Doherty Industrial Group. Who represented NorthPoint Development in the landlord negotiations during this historic transaction.

North Vegas Logistics Center, is expected to deliver later this year , offering a premier industrial project consisting of two buildings totaling over 2 million square feet, that offers contemporary features such as 40-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers and ample trailer parking. With its newest tenant, HEYDUDEÔ Shoes, the center further cements its reputation as a marquee regional distribution and logistics hub. “We are very excited about this development,” said Tristan Ott with NorthPoint Development. The successful completion and lease of a development this size doesn’t happen without the support of our various project partners, including Colliers, BentallGreenOak, and the City of North Las Vegas.”

HEYDUDEÔ Shoes joined the Crocs brand after being acquired by Crocs, Inc. in 2021 and announced plans to open a Las Vegas distribution in September 2022. The deal was closed with the assistance of Danielle Steffen and Michael Schoeder of Cushman and Wakefield, who represented the tenant.
