The ±60 acre land and apartment parcel is located on the northeast corner of Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada. The transaction amount was $130,000,000. Mike Mixer, SIOR of Colliers International was the broker for this transaction.

  • A sale to Chill Out Cold Storage. The approximately 19,125 square foot industrial property is located in Craig Corporate Park at 4464 Calimesa St. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $2,295,000. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the seller, NLV Sagebrush LLC. Paul Sweetland, SIOR of Colliers International represented the buyer.
