LAS VEGAS (Aug. 6, 2021) – Colliers Las Vegas announced the promotions of Chris Lane, SIOR, CCIM, Jerry Doty, SIOR, Eric Molfetta, MBA, and Kara Walker, CCIM.
Chris Lane, SIOR, CCIM, promoted to Senior Vice President – Lane, most recently the Vice President in the Industrial Division, is a partner of Doherty Industrial Group, which has been a top producing industrial team in Las Vegas for over 20 years. Lane has become an expert in the Las Vegas market with over a decade of experience in the industrial real estate industry. Lane is an active member in the Southern Nevada National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) chapter, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SOIR), and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Jerry Doty, SIOR, promoted to Senior Vice President – Doty, most recently Vice President in the Industrial Division, is a partner of Doherty Industrial Group and specializes in selling and leasing industrial properties throughout Southern Nevada since joining the Doherty Industrial Group in 2012. Doty is an active member in the Southern Nevada National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) chapter, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and supports the Links for Life Foundation. This charity provides medical services and monetary contributions to underprivileged children in Southern Nevada.
Eric Molfetta, MBA, promoted to Senior Vice President of the Investment Division –
Molfetta, most recently Vice President of Investments specializing in investment properties, began his industrial real estate career with Colliers International in 2007. Molfetta is an active member of the Southern Nevada chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) candidate.
Kara Walker, CCIM, promoted to Vice President
of the Office & Industrial Division – Walker, most recently Associate Vice President of Office and Industrial Properties, has extensive brokerage and marketing experience. Walker’s expertise guarantees that clients’ properties are successfully promoted and serviced in today’s competitive market. In addition, Walker is an active Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a licensed general contractor (B-2), and is currently pursuing her Certified General Appraisal License.
