LAS VEGAS (March 24, 2020) – Colliers International | Las Vegas announced the addition of a new industrial brokerage team led by Vice President Gabe Telles, a Las Vegas native with more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience. Telles’ team includes the addition of two new associates, Chase Pavlov and Ryan Hendershot.
Telles specializes in industrial landlord as well as tenant and investment representations. He has gained a deep understanding of leasing, sale and investment analysis by working for companies such as CBRE, Harsch Investment Properties and Gatski Commercial.
Pavlov and Hendershot are joining Telles’ industrial team as associates where they will specialize in industrial landlord and tenant representation. Both associates graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno.
