COMPLETED SALE TRANSACTIONS:

  • A sale to Mia Aesthetics LV Realty LLC. The approximately 7,569 square foot medical office property is located in Smith Surgery Center at 8871 W. Sahara Ave. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $2,600,000. Stacy Shapiro, CCIM and Alexia Crowley, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller, Smith Building LLC.

  • A sale to Lifeline Health Services. The approximately 1,335 square foot office property is located in Quail Park II at 601 S. Rancho Dr., Suite D29 in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $300,000. Kara Walker, CCIM and Suzette LaGrange, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller, Rudy Property Management LLC.

 

COMPLETED LEASE TRANSACTIONS:

  • A sublease to Environmental Equipment Inc. The approximately 8,775 square foot industrial property is located at 1650 Helm Dr., Suite 500 in Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessee, Bluberi Gaming USA.
  • A lease renewal to Global Payments Inc. The approximately 6,332 square foot industrial property is located in Diablo Industrial Center at 5550 Cameron St., Suite F in Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessee.
  • A lease to Coastal Distribution L.L.C. The approximately 6,001 square foot industrial property is located in Mesa Vista Business Center at 3950 W. Diablo Dr., Suite B3 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, Mesa Vista Business Center LLC.
  • A lease to Enviro – Con Integred Solutions. The approximately 2,521 square foot industrial property is located in Cheyenne Airport Center at 3575 W. Cheyenne Ave., Suite 101 in North Las Vegas. Gabe Telles, Chase Pavlov, Ryan Hendershot of Colliers International represented the lessee.
  • A lease to Element Resources LLC. The approximately 1,736 square foot industrial property is located in Cheyenne Airport Center at 3395 W. Cheyenne Ave., Suite 110 in North Las Vegas. Gabe Telles, Chase Pavlov, Ryan Hendershot of Colliers International represented the lessor, BKM Cheyenne 104 LLC.
