Colliers International – Las Vegas was named Brokerage Firm of the Year for the 13th consecutive year by NAIOP Southern Nevada. The award was announced at NAIOP’s 21st Annual Spotlight Awards event on February 24, 2018 at Green Valley Ranch Resort and Casino.
The award is the highest honor a brokerage firm can receive through NAIOP. Judging was based on the firm’s highlights from the previous year, significant transaction volume, and widespread local community service and involvement with charitable initiatives. The extensive nomination process for the Spotlight Awards, which begins the previous year, involves the evaluation of several critical factors by active members of the NAIOP Board of Directors and its committees.

Colliers International – Las Vegas Brokers Taber Thill, SIOR and Patti Dillon, SIOR, were named NAIOP’s Office Brokerage Team of the Year for the third year in a row.
Colliers International – Las Vegas Brokers Chris Clifford, Steve Neiger, and Brett Rather were named NAIOP’s Retail Brokerage Team of the Year.
Additionally, Doherty Industrial Group – which includes brokers Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, and Jerry Doty – were finalists for NAIOP’s Industrial Brokerage Team of the Year award, and Al Twainy, CCIM and Amelia Hyden were finalists for the Retail Brokerage Team of the Year Award. Colliers International – Las Vegas Property Management division was also named a finalist for Property Management Firm of the Year.
