LAS VEGAS (February 21, 2020) – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of the following transactions:

COMPLETED SALE TRANSACTIONS:

  • A sale of Henderson Interchange Center. The approximately 130,842 square foot industrial property is located at 860 Wigwam Pkwy in Henderson. The transaction value was $19,000,000. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM, Paul Sweetland, SIOR and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the Seller, Henderson Interchange Center LLC.
  • A sale to Middlefork Holdings LLC. The approximately 20,038 square foot industrial property, Stadium Industrial Park, is located at 5959 Valley View Blvd in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $2,880,000. Dean Willmore, SIOR, Alex Stanisic, Mike Willmore and Lauren Willmore of Colliers International represented the seller, FJM Valley View Associates LLC.
  • A sale to Harsch Investment Properties LLC. The approximately 8.97 acre land parcel is located at the NWC of Shatz St and El Campo Grande Ave (APN: 123-27-701-003) in North Las Vegas. Brian Riffel, SIOR and Tyler Jones of Colliers International represented the seller, Elkfast LLC.

COMPLETED LEASE TRANSACTIONS:

  • A lease to Institute of Human Performance Inc. The approximately 24,390 square foot industrial property is located in Buffalo Business Park at 7155 S. Buffalo Dr., Suites 120-165 in Las Vegas. Dean Willmore, SIOR, Brian Riffel, SIOR, Mike Willmore, Alex Stanisic, Tyler Jones and Lauren Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessor, RW Buffalo LLC.
  • A lease to Sport-Social LLC. The approximately 20,391 square foot industrial property is located in Arroyo South Business Center (Phase I) at 7061 W. Arby Ave., Suite 150-170 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, EJM Arroyo South I Property LLC.
  • A lease to Rexel USA Inc. The approximately 14,098 square foot industrial property is located in Procyon West at 5435 Procyon St. in Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, Jerry Doty and Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, TA Realty.
  • A lease renewal to Administrative Headquarters,Inc. The approximately 3,160 square foot industrial property is located in Arrowhead Commerce Center, Building 1 at 6280 S. Pecos Rd, Suite 500 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, KTR LV IV LLC.
  • A lease to Back At You Inc. The approximately 2,695 square foot office property is located in City Center West at 7201 W. Lake Mead Blvd, Suite 260 in Las Vegas. Patti Dillon, SIOR, Taber Thill, SIOR and Megan McInerney of Colliers International represented the lessor, Odyssey Real Estate Capital.
