LAS VEGAS (July 17, 2020) – Colliers International | Las Vegas received several awards at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) 23rd annual Spotlight Awards virtual event on June 26. For the 15th consecutive year, Colliers Las Vegas was named Brokerage Firm of the Year.
This award is the highest honor that a brokerage firm can receive through NAIOP and judging was based on the firm’s highlights from the previous year, significant transaction volume, and widespread local community service and charitable involvement.
Colliers Las Vegas’ Doherty Industrial Group made up of brokers Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, SIOR, CCIM, and Jerry Doty were named NAIOP’s Industrial Brokerage Team of the Year.
Colliers Las Vegas brokers Taber Thill, SIOR, Patti Dillon, SIOR, and Megan McInerney, were named NAIOP’s Office Brokerage Team of the Year. This is the fifth consecutive win in this category for the team.
