— Colliers takes top honors for the Broker of the Year Awards winning Office, Industrial and Retail —
Colliers International – Las Vegas received a number of awards at NAIOP’s 22nd annual Spotlight Awards event on March 2nd at the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa. For the fourteenth (14) consecutive year, Colliers was named Brokerage Firm of the Year. This award is the highest honor that a Brokerage Firm can receive through NAIOP, and the judging was based on the firm’s highlights from the previous year, significant transaction volume, and widespread local community service and charitable involvement.

Additionally, Colliers Las Vegas’ Doherty Industrial Group made up of brokers Dan Doherty, SIOR,
Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty were named NAIOP’s Industrial Brokerage Team of the Year.
Colliers Las Vegas brokers Taber Thill, SIOR and Patti Dillon, SIOR, were named NAIOP’s Office Brokerage Team of the Year. This is the fourth consecutive win in this category for the team.
Colliers Las Vegas brokers Chris Clifford, Steve Neiger, CCIM and Brett Rather were named NAIOP’s Retail Brokerage Team of the Year. This is the second consecutive win in this category for the team.
Colliers Las Vegas broker, Steve Neiger, CCIM was named the association’s Associate Member of the Year; an award that is specially selected by the Board of Directors in recognition of service to the chapter.
