The transaction value was $1,275,000. David A. Grant of Colliers International represented the seller, Landmark Ventures LLC.
  • A sale to DFA LLC. The approximately 82 acre land property is located at 815 N. Martin Luther King Blvd. (APN: 139‐28‐304‐002) in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $215,000. Brian Fike and Gabe Skerlich of Colliers International represented the buyer.

  • A lease toExtreme Safety Inc. The approximately 2,866 square foot industrial property is located in Patrick Airport Center at 6035 Harrison Dr., Suite 6 in Las Vegas.
