LAS VEGAS (February 28, 2020) – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of the following transactions:

COMPLETED LEASE TRANSACTIONS:

  • A lease to Eagle Roofing Products. The approximately 2.36 acre industrial land parcel is located at APN: 177-18-510-001 in Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, Blue Diamond Business Center.
  • A lease to Winsupply Las Vegas NV Co. The approximately 23,800 square foot industrial property is located at 5480 Procyon St. in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, The Realty Associates Fund XII Portfolio LP.
  • A lease renewal to Rexel USA Inc. The approximately 19,958 square foot industrial property is located in Procyon East at 5440 Procyon St. in Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM, Jerry Doty and Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, TA Realty.
  • A lease to Genergy LLC. The approximately 13,520 square foot industrial property is located in Craig Distribution Center II at 4320 N. Lamb Blvd., Suite 600 in Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, CDC RRV LLC.
  • A lease to Firehouse Productions Inc. The approximately 12,490 square foot industrial property is located in Arrowhead Commerce Center (Building 13) at 6255 S. Sandhill Road, Suite 200 and 300 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM, and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, KTR LV II LLC.
  • A lease renewal to PSSI Global LLC. The approximately 9,569 square foot industrial property is located at 4415 Wagon Trail Ave. in Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, Abigail Land Management LLC.
  • A lease to Reliable Parts Inc. The approximately 6,778 square foot industrial property is located in Arrowhead Commerce Center (Building 11) at 6155 S. Sandhill Road, Suite 700 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, KTR LV IV LLC.
  • A lease to Golo LLC. The approximately 6,720 square foot industrial property is located in Spencer and Helm Business Center at 1660 Helm Drive, Suite 600 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, EJM Spencer Helm Property LLC.
  • A lease to Mainline Sales LLC. The approximately 6,599 square foot industrial property is located in Arrowhead Commerce Center (Building 8) at 3655 E. Patrick Lane, Suite 1100 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, KTR LV I LLC.
  • A lease to DiMaggio Maintenance Inc. The approximately 2,505 square foot industrial property is located in Century Park at 5850 S. Polaris Ave., Suite 800 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, WSL Century Park Property LLC.
  • A lease to Rezdy LLC. The approximately 2,431 square foot office property is located in City Center West at 7201 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 280 in Las Vegas. Patti Dillon, SIOR, Taber Thill, SIOR, and Megan McInerney of Colliers International represented the lessor, Odyssey Real Estate Capital. Grant Traub, SIOR and Chris Connell, SIOR of Colliers International represented the lessee.
  • A lease to Edelman Financial Engines. The approximately 2,246 square foot office property is located in City Center West at 7201 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 110 in Las Vegas. Patti Dillon, SIOR, Taber Thill, SIOR and Megan McInerney of Colliers International represented the lessor, Odyssey Real Estate Capital.
  • A lease to Brew Tea Bar. The approximately 1,407 square foot retail property is located in University Gateway at 4700 S. Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. Chris Clifford, Steve Neiger, CCIM and Brett Rather of Colliers International represented the lessor, G2-UG LLC.
  • A lease to H&R Block Enterprises LLC. The approximately 1,200 square foot retail property is located in Horizon Pointe Shopping Center at 2642 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, #A-10 in Henderson. David Grant of Colliers International represented the lessor, Villa La Paloma LLC.
