LAS VEGAS (March 06, 2020) – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of the following transactions:

COMPLETED SALES TRANSACTIONS:

  • A sale to Brettanne Properties, LLC. The ±5,186 square foot office property is located in Palm Court, Building 8 at 6871 South Eastern Avenue, Suites 101/102 in Las Vegas. The transaction amount was $1,040,000.00. Suzette LaGrange, CCIM and Kara Walker, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller, Wey Investments, LLC. 

COMPLETED LEASE TRANSACTIONS:

  • A lease to TLC Properties, Inc. The ±0.74 acre industrial property is located at APN: 177-18-510-002 in Las Vegas. Chris Lane, CCIM of Colliers International represented the tenant. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the landlord, Blue Diamond Business Ctr-Bldg 9.
  • A lease to Standard Fiber, LLC. The ±30,410 square foot industrial property is located in Arroyo South Business Center (Phase II) at 6625 Arroyo Springs Street, Suite 100 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the landlord, EJM Arroyo South II Property, LLC and the tenant.
  • A lease to Vogue Tyre & Rubber Company. The ±23,270 square foot industrial property is located in Speedway Commerce Center IV at 6101 North Hollywood Boulevard, Suite 130 in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the tenant.
  • A lease to Canon Solutions America. The ±9,031 square foot office/industrial property is located in Hughes Airport Center at 731 Pilot Road in Las Vegas. Taber Thill, SIOR, Patti Dillon, SIOR and Megan McInerney of Colliers International represented the tenant.
  • A lease to Brasa Jiu Jitsu, LLC. The ±5,605 square foot industrial property is located in Pacific Business Center at 1125 American Pacific Drive, Suite H in Henderson. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane, CCIM and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the tenant.
  • A lease to Acne Clinic Las Vegas by Justina, LLC. The ±1,200 square foot retail property is located at 3220 South Durango Drive, Suite B-3 in Las Vegas. Scot Marker of Colliers International represented the landlord, 8480 Desert Inn, LLC.
  • A lease to Speedy Singhs, Inc. DBA Ricks Smoke Shop. The ±1,020 square foot retail property is located in Horizon Pointe Shopping Center at 2654 West Horizon Ridge Parkway, #B-13 in Henderson. David Grant of Colliers International represented the landlord, Villa La Paloma, LLC.
