  • A sale to Viva Bulgaria!! LLC. The approximately 37.70 acre land parcel is located between Ann Rd. and Mount Hood St. (APN: 123-27-801-011) in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $14,100,000.   • A sale to Park West RRV LLC. The approximately 58,250 square foot industrial property is located at 4680 Calimesa St. and 4584 Calimesa St. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $7,281,250.
