LAS VEGAS (July 19, 2022) – Colliers International Las Vegas announced today the finalization of the following Sale & Lease Transactions:

Completed Sale Transactions

  • A sale to Bismi Series Holdings LLC. The ±1.91-acre land parcel with a ±1,951 square foot office building is located east of the I-15 Freeway and Blue Diamond Road interchange at 165 E. Windmill Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89123, with direct frontage on E. Windmill Lane. The transaction amount was $1,125,000.00. Steven D. Haynes in partnership with the Thill, Dillon & McInerney Office team consisting of Taber Thill, SIOR, Patti Dillon, SIOR and Megan McInerney of Colliers International represented the seller, Pinpoint Land Holdings LLC.
  • A sale to YSH Inc. The ±21,316 square foot fully leased retail automotive center on ±2.41 acres. Trop Decatur Auto Center is located at 5035-5075 S. Decatur Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV, with direct frontage on Decatur Boulevard. The transaction amount was $6,450,000.00. Al Twainy, CCIM and Jennifer Lehr, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller, WW & JJ Choi LLC.
  • A sale to Defcon Properties, LLC. The ±11,548 square foot industrial property is located within Stephanie Industrial Park, in the East Las Vegas Industrial Market at 5456 Stephanie Street, Las Vegas, NV 89122. The transaction amount was $2,510,579.53. Eric Molfetta, MBA and Amanda Irving of Colliers International represented the seller, Two Corners Investments LLC.
  • A sale to C&M Residential, LLC. The ±5-acre land parcel is located in the North Las Vegas submarket near East Centennial Parkway and North Pecos Road in North Las Vegas, NV. The transaction amount was $4,000,000.00. CNR Retail: Chris Clifford, Steve Neiger, CCIM and Brett Rather of Colliers International represented the seller, Charley, LLC.

Completed Lease Transactions

  • A lease to Dolcevita Gelato, LLC for a 61.5-month term. The ±8,671 square foot industrial space is located within Hacienda Crossings on the NWC of Arville Street and Hacienda Avenue at 5275 South Arville Street, Suite 308/312 in Las Vegas, NV. The Telles Industrial Team consisting of: Gabe Telles, Chase Pavlov and Ryan Hendershot of Colliers International represented the lessee.
