Completed Sale Transactions
- A sale to Sunset on Lake Mead 011 LLC. The ±55,586 square foot commercial pad is located at 1170 E. Sunset Road, Henderson, NV 89011, at the entrance of the Cadence Master Planned Community. The transaction amount was $1,556,000.00. The Thill, Dillon & McInerney Office team consisting of Patti Dillon, SIOR, Taber Thill, SIOR and Megan McInerney in partnership with David A. Grant of Colliers International represented the seller, Landwell Company, LP.
- A sale to Avalon Partnership Group LLC. The ±5.77-acre land parcel is located near Las Vegas Boulevard North & North Lamont Street in the North submarket of Las Vegas, NV. The transaction amount was $1,256,000.00. Steven D. Haynes of Colliers International represented the buyer.
