LAS VEGAS (Nov. 30, 2020) – Colliers International | Las Vegas announced its property management team under the leadership of Angelina Scarcelli won five awards during the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) annual awards show.
IREM, an international institute for property and asset managers, awarded Colliers Las Vegas and its property management members with the following awards:
2020 Accredited Management Organization (AMO) of the Year – Colliers Las Vegas received IREM’s highest distinction as this award is a mark of an exceptional property management firm.
2020 Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM of the Year – Colliers Las Vegas’ Erica Aulino received this distinction in recognition of her knowledge of core competencies in tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, risk management and budgeting. This award is given to those who exemplify the high ethical standards of IREM.
2020 NextGen Award – Colliers Las Vegas’ Jennifer Mount earned this recognition for being a young up-and-comer who is positioned to be an influencer within the industry.
2020 Professional Achievement – Angelina Scarcelli earned this award for her valuable contributions as she showed extraordinary dedication to the real estate management profession.
2020 Mentorship Award – Scarcelli was also awarded this recognition for dedicating her time, talent and herself to further the principals of the IREM organization as she continues to work hard for her community, job and her commitment to educate future generation in real estate management.
