  • A sale to RW Apache LLC. The approximately 50,746 square foot mixed use development, the Fort Apache Commons, located at 1215-1225 S. Fort Apache Rd. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $21,100,000. David A. Grant, Grant Traub, SIOR, and Chris Connell of Colliers International represented the seller, LJT Properties I L.P.  Mike Mixer, SIOR of Colliers International represented the buyer.

COMPLETED LEASE TRANSACTIONS:

  • A lease to H&H Auto Body and Repair LLC. The approximately 5,872 square foot industrial property is located at 3970 N. Las Vegas Blvd. in Las Vegas. Mike Willmore, Alex Stanisic and Dean Willmore, SIOR of Colliers International represented the buyer.
  • A lease to MPF1 LLC. The approximately 4,000 square foot retail property is located in The Center At Spring Mountain at 3873-3879 Spring Mountain Rd. in Las Vegas.   • A lease to Chicago Title Of Nevada. The approximately 3,967 square foot office property is located in City Center West at 7201 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 101 in Las Vegas.
