CommCap Advisors was able to identify a lender that was financing retail amidst the pandemic when most lenders backed away from that asset class, that allowed the borrower to obtain a higher leverage loan and finalize the closing process in a timely manner. The rate is fixed at 3.625% for 5 years with 25-year amortization.
