CommCap Announces Daniel Stehle as Associate

Daniel, previously a CommCap Servicing Administrator, promoted from within the organization.

LAS VEGAS and RENO, Nev. – CommCap Advisors is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Stehle to Associate. Daniel joins the team of Adam Gregory, CCIM, and Shelly Dunbar to assist with the origination of debt for all types of income-producing real estate.

Dunbar says of Stehle’s promotion, “I’m excited to have Daniel join our team as Associate. His commercial real estate knowledge will add a lot of value and help bring our team to the next level.”

In April 2021, CommCap welcomed Stehle to the team as Servicing Administrator. With five years of experience as a California licensed General Appraiser, he leveraged his underwriting and property level experience to quickly advance within CommCap.
