Coronado FSB LLC bought 47 condominium pads totaling 1.69 acres at Mission Gardens Lane and Paseo Flower Court in Las Vegas for $2 million, or $42,553-per-pad, from HFT Properties LLC. Avison Young’s Aaron Goldberg represented seller; Las Vegas Investments & Realty’s Levi Parker represented the buyer.
