Craig Marker LLC bought the 14-year-old 73,455-square-foot Craig Valley Plaza, on 0.45 acres, at 4220 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas for $8.2 million, or per square foot, from Omninet Craig LLC. Millennium Commercial Properties’ Jeff Chain represented the buyer. Access Commercial’s Andy Hantges CCIM provided the $5.15 million acquisition loan.
