Cushman & Wakefield’s Lauren Tabeek, Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert successfully closed on the sale of Craig Promenade in North Las Vegas on behalf of Rialto Capital. The 81,057 SF retail property sold for $12,900,000 to a private investment firm just before the holidays. Lauren Tabeek had also successful leased up the asset to stabilization; the property was 84.8% occupied at the time of closing.
