Cushman and Wakefield’s Industrial team of Amy Ogden, SIOR and Danielle Steffen, SIOR have leased half of the new La Costa Canyon single building industrial development to national tenant Distribution International. DI will occupy the premises this fall for 7 years. The 46,250 SF facility will be demised into two units and is now fully occupied. Distribution International is a leading supplier and fabricator of insulation and materials for the industrial, marine, commercial, & govt. sectors.
